Responsibilities

  • Develop customized treatment plans, and knowledge of discharge criteria with the intention of returning patient to a functional and pain free life.
  • Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
  • Develop plans describing a treatment strategy, its purpose, and its anticipated outcome.
  • Provide information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs.
  • In addition to providing one-on-one therapy, you'll also oversee a dynamic caseload, collaborate on discharge plans, and stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school (MPT or DPT) Current valid state Physical Therapies licensure Ability to work effectively as a team member with physicians, providers, and other staff.
  • Ability to use good reasoning and judgment and react calmly in emergency situations.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 - 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to use a variety of office equipment.

Compensation

  • $75,000 - $105,000/year (DOE)
  • Develop customized treatment plans, and knowledge of discharge criteria with the intention of returning patient to a functional and pain free life.

  • Include exercise regimens at the clinic and at home to increase flexibility, strength, and/or endurance as needed.
