Develop customized treatment plans, and knowledge of discharge criteria with the intention of returning patient to a functional and pain free life.
Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
Develop plans describing a treatment strategy, its purpose, and its anticipated outcome.
Provide information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs.
In addition to providing one-on-one therapy, you'll also oversee a dynamic caseload, collaborate on discharge plans, and stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field.

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school (MPT or DPT) Current valid state Physical Therapies licensure Ability to work effectively as a team member with physicians, providers, and other staff.
Ability to use good reasoning and judgment and react calmly in emergency situations.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 - 30 pounds.
Must be able to use a variety of office equipment.

$75,000 - $105,000/year (DOE)
