About the role

As a Social Manager, you will play an important role in providing strategic support across our key verticals: Luxury, Food & Drink, Beauty & Wellbeing and Pharmaceuticals.
Based in the UK, you'll lead social strategy, community management and team delivery across the categories, while immersing yourself in the online/digital media world and staying ahead of industry developments.

Lead social media strategy and community management across our Diamonds, Food & Drink and Pharma accounts, tailoring approaches to each vertical's audience and objectives.
Lead, mentor and manage social media and community management teams, providing clear direction and quality control across markets.
Partner with content, creative and paid media teams to develop compelling, platform-native content that drives awareness, consideration and conversion.
Own insight and reporting across all verticals - from social listening and competitor benchmarking to campaign analysis - presenting recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Set and maintain governance documents, tone of voice guidelines and community response matrices across accounts.
How we'll support you

A strong understanding of social platforms, their role in publishing, and best-practice content formats for each channel and audience.

Experience across a number of verticals is preferred; luxury, beauty, food & drink/FMCG, or pharma/healthcare experience would be an advantage, along with comfort managing multiple clients simultaneously.
Knowledge of social search is a huge bonus.
