Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director, Logistics Operations, this role will collaborate with the market logistics team on a daily basis.
  • You will also collaborate with Vehicle Logistics Center (VLC) operations and customer support teams in your assigned region on a regular basis.
  • Be accountable for the market's financial performance, using KPIs and standardized reports to monitor spending, manage costs, and forecast against actuals.
  • Manage the safe, efficient, and profitable movement of fleet lease, factory, and consignment vehicles by ensuring all processes meet or exceed SLA standards.
  • Support initiatives by engaging in their development, deployment, and change management.

Requirements

  • You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and can stay organized when handling multiple tasks.
  • You will ensure a high degree of accuracy in your tasks, in accordance with our customer and company requirements.
  • 3-5 Years' of related experience in a logistics or dispatching role
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills with the ability to juggle demands and meet deadlines
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in logistics and managing teams.

Nice to have

  • Proficient in Google applications
  • CRM experience (SalesForce, Five9 preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
