As an Electrician Trainee at CMI, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with electricians who've spent years mastering industrial power systems - and their job is to teach you everything they know.
You'll put your hands on real equipment from day one: troubleshooting electrical systems, tackling mechanical repairs, and learning what it takes to keep a transformer plant running.

Support general manufacturing maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and equipment upkeep across the facility.
Support basic troubleshooting and repairs of electrical components under supervision.
Document training and progress as directed by supervisors.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support maintenance and production needs.
Ability to read and understand technical documents.
