About the role

  • In addition, you will play a role in Operations Duties across the agency.
  • Tracking and reporting on team utilization, project allocation accuracy, and forecasting trends.
  • Maintaining Freelancer database and ensuring freelance budget is managed, with oversight from Director of Resourcing, including sourcing, getting them set-up with all internal tools, on-boarding and invoicing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience working in a creative agency Highly adaptable with strong organizational skills, adept at problem solving and rigorous attention to detail Be proactive, not reactive.
  • When the opportunity presents itself, you are actively providing solutions, not simply identifying friction points with no proposals for improvement.
