About the role
- Job Description: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Obtain vital signs, height and weight for clinic patients and places patient in clinic exam room.
- Responsible for properly labeling all blood samples and submitting to lab.
- Assists in front desk area with patient check-in, scheduling, and appointment verification.
Responsibilities
- Performs venipuncture as ordered.
- Cleans and maintains exam rooms with the appropriate level of supplies and maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent and certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited school.
