About the role
- This role serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and operational excellence.
- Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical projects from initiation through completion.
- Manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, process guides, and operational best practices.
- Support organizational change management activities, including communications, training, and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to align project goals and priorities.
Requirements
- Contribute to business development activities by providing technical project insights and supporting customer discussions when required.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data, reporting, or technical systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, technology, or operations-focused environments.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, databases, or cloud-based technologies.
Skills
