Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Capacity to bend and reach across gaming tables as required for operational duties
- Strong knowledge of and adherence to company policies and gaming regulations
Nice to have
- Minimum six (6) months of professional table games dealing experience
- Completion of an accredited dealer training program or dealer's school
- Proficiency in multiple table games and gaming formats
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining accurate gaming records and documentation
- Conduct live table games in strict compliance with standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
- Execute card shuffling and dealing with precision and accuracy to ensure game integrity.
- Calculate card face values with speed and accuracy to facilitate seamless game progression.
- Process currency exchanges and distribute chips in appropriate denominations.
