Responsibilities

  • Make sure the work progresses as planned, open and close the site, manage various trades, and supervise subcontractors.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment, ensuring positive interactions between clients, building users, subcontractors, and operators.
  • Represent the project engineers when they are not able to be on site and support them in a variety of related tasks that they need your help with.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working and supervising work on construction sites.
  • Specific knowledge of HVAC systems is required.

Compensation

  • Annual base salary of approx. $90,000 - $120,000. Base salary is an approximate range and dependent on location and years of relevant experience.
