- Who you are Skilled at managing priorities and passionate about creating safe and collaborative work environments, you will supervise the implementation of large-scale energy performance projects.
- You're resourceful, independent, and will proactively take initiative after consulting with our team of experts.
Responsibilities
- Make sure the work progresses as planned, open and close the site, manage various trades, and supervise subcontractors.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment, ensuring positive interactions between clients, building users, subcontractors, and operators.
- Represent the project engineers when they are not able to be on site and support them in a variety of related tasks that they need your help with.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working and supervising work on construction sites.
- Specific knowledge of HVAC systems is required.
Compensation
- Annual base salary of approx. $90,000 - $120,000. Base salary is an approximate range and dependent on location and years of relevant experience.
