Who you are Skilled at managing priorities and passionate about creating safe and collaborative work environments, you will supervise the implementation of large-scale energy performance projects.
You're resourceful, independent, and will proactively take initiative after consulting with our team of experts.

Make sure the work progresses as planned, open and close the site, manage various trades, and supervise subcontractors.
Cultivate a collaborative environment, ensuring positive interactions between clients, building users, subcontractors, and operators.
Represent the project engineers when they are not able to be on site and support them in a variety of related tasks that they need your help with.

Utility Thermal Energy Network, Museum of Arts and Design, and San Diego Padres Stadium.

At least 3 years of experience working and supervising work on construction sites.
Specific knowledge of HVAC systems is required.

Annual base salary of approx. $90,000 - $120,000. Base salary is an approximate range and dependent on location and years of relevant experience.
