About the role
- Position requires physical ability to patrol and inspect the facility ground and buildings; up to 3/4 walking and 1/4 siting.
- Must possess the ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds to desk level.
- Requires radio usage of a two-way hand-held radio.
Responsibilities
- Perform foot and vehicle patrols of property.

Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- One to three years security experience in a large facility preferred
Skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills among all levels of staff and clientele, required
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills, required
- Provide customer service in a professional considerate manner, required
- Excellent record of dependability and reliability, required
- Customer Service experience, preferred
- City and County of Denver Security Guard License required
- Valid and current Class C Colorado Driver License preferred
- Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Compensation
- Compensation: $22.50 at time of hire, $23.00 after 90 days of service
