About the role
- Maintenance Technician Join the team driving the future of Recycling!
- Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a n Maintenance Technician for our Pennsylvania recycling operation.
- The pay range for this position is $20-$35/ hr. depending upon education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, service, and optimize extruders, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other key equipment.
- Lead with safety to help foster a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
- Knowledge of PLCs, Lean manufacturing, and 5S principles.
- A strong team mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Perform miscellaneous job duties as required.
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (extrusion, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems a plus).
Compensation

- The schedule is an overnight 12 hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.
- You will train on daylight schedule before transitioning into the overnight shift.
- In this role, you will you'll do more than just turn a wrench, you'll you will keep the heartbeat of our recycling facility running strong.
