Responsibilities

  • The Sales Coordinator - Western Canada plays a pivotal role in facets of day-to-day solutions selling of Company products in the assigned branch or region. you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales department, assisting in managing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication between internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and compliance with company standards.
  • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and concerns, offering timely solutions and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Provide insights from order data to identify opportunities for improvement and support forecasting.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to sales order processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify bottlenecks and streamline operations.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Skills

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems and managing customer-related data and sales documentation.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, manufacturing operations, and supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination is an advantage.
