About the role

  • You'll work directly with the founders to translate technical capabilities into precise positioning, compelling product narratives, and launches that reach the right builders and teams.
  • What you learn from these experiments will shape our positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product direction.
  • You can understand a technical product deeply and translate it into precise messaging, compelling content, and credible demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Teams connect their integrations and Sim builds a knowledge graph of company data and processes; from there, they work with Sim to build and monitor the AI agents and workflows that run production systems.
  • you'll work directly with the founders and own your work from idea to execution.
  • You'll own how people discover, understand, and adopt Sim.
  • You'll own execution end to end: producing technical content and demos, testing distribution channels, and measuring their impact on activation and qualified pipeline.

Compensation

  • $180K–$225K base plus a 0.2%–0.4% equity grant.
