About the role
- The Commercial Field Engineer's primary role is to serve as a technical advisor and champion for CodeRabbit customers in the Commercial tier throughout their post-sales journey.
- You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in an exciting, collaborative and fast-paced company that's focused on making our customers successful.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer trainings, onboarding sessions, workshops, and technical enablement programs
- Troubleshoot customer issues and partner with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to drive timely resolutions
- Build trusted relationships with developers, engineering managers, and platform teams
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to improve the product experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation Engineering
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or other CI/CD platforms
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or cloud-native infrastructure
