- This role oversees the day-to-day activities of the inside sales team, ensuring timely and accurate quoting, order processing, and customer communication.

- This role is remote within the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY.

- Job Summary The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the inside sales team to drive customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and revenue growth.
- The Inside Sales Manager partners cross-functionally with field sales, engineering, production, and customer service to align priorities, remove barriers, and achieve business objectives.
- The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the inside sales team to drive customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Manage and develop a team of inside sales representatives, driving accountability for performance, productivity, and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales or sales support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with demonstrated experience leading teams and driving performance outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in electrical manufacturing or technical sales environment.
- Familiarity with transformer products and industry terminology.
- Experience supporting cross-functional business processes and operational improvements.
