About the role

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Consultant / Mobile Therapist to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver services in home, school, and community environments
Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Provide guidance and support to caregivers and support systems
This role provides the opportunity to deliver therapeutic services directly in the environments where children live, learn, and grow.
You will play a critical role in helping children and families build skills, improve functioning, and achieve long-term success through individualized, community-based care.
Deliver therapy in real-world settings with meaningful impact
This role focuses on delivering individualized, strength-based care that supports emotional and behavioral growth.

Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) with a graduate degree including clinical practicum
Graduate degree with a completed clinical practicum and at least 9 clinical credit hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
Experience working with children and families in community-based or IBHS settings
