About the role
- Under the direction of the Sr Regional Operations Director, the Maintenance Planner Manager oversees the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance activities across assigned data centers and facilities.
- This role ensures that maintenance operations are executed efficiently, safely, and with minimal impact to business operations.

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial or data center maintenance planning operations.
- 5+ years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems, change management, and work order control procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be available for after-hours work and emergency response.
Nice to have
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and third-party vendors to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Oversee spare parts inventory, sourcing, and purchasing to ensure availability of critical components.
- Act as a liaison between maintenance and operations to ensure customer needs are met with minimal disruption.
