Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories
- Support existing systems and projects, including metadata, asset ingestion, versioning, permissions, taxonomy, and ongoing improvements
- Develop documentation, training materials, and reference guides to support user adoption
- Perform testing and validation for new enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades
- Support issue triage and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors
- We create world-class content, which we distribute across our portfolio of film, television, and streaming, and bring to life through our global theme park destinations, consumer products, and experiences.
- We own and operate leading entertainment and news brands, including NBC, NBC News, NBC Sports, Telemundo, NBC Local Stations, Bravo, and Peacock, our premium ad-supported streaming service.

- This role supports the analysis, delivery, and enhancement of technology solutions across the Film & TV Creative Development operations landscape, with a strong focus on Film Studios and key Project/Material tracking Technology capabilities.
- The Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to translate operational processes and needs into clear requirements, ensuring that delivered solutions align with enterprise standards and studio priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, media technology, or data analytics
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms
- Experience with data cleansing and migration
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL for basic queries and data validation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for business stakeholders
- Experience working in the global Media & Entertainment industry
- Familiarity with CRM Tech platforms, such as Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with end user groups, assistants to Exec leadership
Compensation
- $90,000 - $115,000
