- Facilitation: Deliver in-person training sessions.
- Regulation: Manage group dynamics and maintain engagement by adapting to different learner profiles.
- Improvement: Analyze satisfaction surveys to optimize future training programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Lean tools for operational performance improvement.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools.

- Bilingualism is an asset (French and English).
