Responsibilities

  • As a Human Services Supervisor 2/Branch Operations Manager, you will support the Alberta Branch in Portland.
  • This position seeks ways to dismantle systemic racism by communicating the Department's values, developing a positive, constructive, organizational culture, and stimulating creativity, diversity, and teamwork.
  • In collaboration with management partners, both public and private, the position helps design, implement, evaluate, and modify programs and services legislated by federal, state, and local governments.
  • Four Years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience; OR
  • How to submit your Veteran documents for preference.

Requirements

  • One year of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for this position.
  • Experience navigating computer and online systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and search engines.
  • Experience increasing employee engagement, supporting positive environments, organizing people to reach a goal, delegating effectively, coaching, and mentoring to achieve success.

  • Minimum Qualifications

Compensation

  • Annual salary increases (until you reach the top of the listed salary range).
  • The salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range.
  • If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying, the salary range will reflect an additional 6.95%.
