About the role
- Clyde & Co seeks an Associate with 3 - 6 years of insurance experience.
- This practice represents domestic and international insurers and focuses on complex insurance coverage analyses, and disputes involving bad faith claims and business interruption claims.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing document collections received from parties and third-parties in litigation and managing document productions on behalf of our clients and consultants

Requirements
- Taking and defending depositions, hearings, and mediations as required
- Litigation experience required.
Skills
- Exceptional legal writing and communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong work ethic and a sense of ownership over work;
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects;
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation
- Bonus – Earn annual performance-based bonus of up to 35%.

- Education and Experience
- Insurance coverage and first party property, product liability, and premise liability experience preferred;
