As eBay Motors grows its dealer business, Caramel has an opportunity to reach more independent dealers by working through the organizations, platforms, and industry relationships they already know and trust.
You'll work across Dealer Services, Dealer Activation, Dealer Sales, Marketing, Product, Risk, Finance, and Operations to make sure partnerships are not only signed, but launched, enabled, measured, and improved over time.

Develop partnerships with dealer associations, auctions, technology providers, lenders, F&I providers, agencies, marketplaces, DMS/CRM providers, software platforms, and other industry organizations.
Bring partner programs to life from early strategy through outreach, value proposition, agreement, launch, and growth.
Connect partner-sourced dealers with the right internal teams across Dealer Services, Dealer Activation, Dealer Sales, Marketing, Product, Risk, Finance, and Operations.
Turn partner feedback, field insights, and performance data into stronger targeting, messaging, handoffs, and program results.
Develop repeatable partner programs with clear goals, handoffs, and measures of success.

A track record of growing partnerships or channel programs that supported qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, revenue, transaction volume, inventory growth, GMV, activation, or similar business outcomes.
7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, channel partnerships, marketplace growth, automotive partnerships, sales strategy, or a related field.

$103,600 - $177,800 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
