Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and Human Resources to ensure a positive working environment
- Develop backup skills and bench strength within the team
- Lead efforts to reduce variability, rework, and first pass defects
- Support standard work, housekeeping improvements, and process optimization

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience leading or supervising employees in a manufacturing or industrial paint environment.
- Working knowledge of:
