About the role

This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and commercial teams.
The ideal candidate brings deep product management expertise, strong market insight, and a solid understanding of the evolving digital assets ecosystem.

Define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for digital assets products and capabilities
Build business cases, including market sizing, ROI analysis, pricing, and commercialization strategy
Partner closely with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and other cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and client-facing teams
Act as a senior thought partner and subject matter expert on digital assets across the organization
Lead complex, high-impact initiatives and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
These tools are used only to support our recruiters and hiring managers, and all employment decisions include human review to ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws.

Significant experience in product management, with a track record of leading complex products or platforms from strategy through execution, specifically in wealth management, brokerage, or private banking
Strong knowledge of digital assets and related market infrastructure, which may include blockchain-based products, tokenized assets, custody, trading, wallets, settlement, staking, or adjacent capabilities
Strong understanding of digital asset custody, trading workflows, risk controls, and operational lifecycle
Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving market and navigate ambiguity with a strategic, client-focused mindset
Ability to balance innovation with strong operational, regulatory, and risk discipline
Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
