- The Contractor and The Company agree to the following rights consistent with an independent contractor relationship: The Contractor has the right to perform services for others during the term of this Agreement.
Requirements

- Contractors will be required to complete a W-9, and sign an Independent Contractor
- The Contractor has the sole right to control and direct the means, manner, and method by which the services required by this Agreement will be performed.
- The Company shall not require The Contractor or The Contractor's employees or subcontractors to devote full time to performing the services required by this Agreement.
Benefits
- Neither The Contractor nor The Contractor's employees or subcontractors are eligible to participate in any employee pension, health, vacation pay, sick pay, or other fringe benefit plan of the Company.
Company info
- withhold FICA from The Contractor's payments or make FICA payments on The Contractor's behalf make state or federal unemployment compensation contributions on The Contractor's behalf, or withhold state or federal income tax from The Contractor's payments.
- ThinkShout works hard to provide equitable compensation to both active fulltime teammates, as well as contractors.
- If we have a project that needs contractor support, we will share information about the pay band for the corresponding opportunity at the same time as sharing details about the job scope itself.
- If you have a non-negotiable minimum hourly rate, you are welcome to share it within the application.
- Whether you disclose an hourly rate or not, it will not be part of the evaluation process to determine contractor fit.
