About the role
- TSC is seeking an Electrical Engineer based in Bloomington, IN.
- This position requires a flexible individual with experience in Electrical Engineering at a variety of levels.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) and parts lists for each system.
- Document hardware configurations, component specifications, cabling, connectors, and assemblies.
- Design and write detailed hardware test procedures for system evaluation, functional testing, and component verification.
- Collaborate with test engineers and technicians to validate procedures.
- Support creation of acceptance test plans, diagnostic processes, and troubleshooting workflows.
- Provide hardware-focused engineering recommendations for repair, modification, or lifecycle support.
- Support failure analysis activities and assist in root-cause investigations.
- Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and program discussions with government stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering discipline with 0-2 years with internship/co-op experience in a related field or a Master's degree.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of electrical circuits and reading schematics
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing power electronics systems
- Development and validation of troubleshooting and repair procedures
- Conducting hazard analysis for high-voltage work environments
- Experience with silicone and epoxy-based high-voltage encapsulation materials
- Strong hands-on, hardware-first engineering mindset.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
