About the role

  • Join our rapidly growing, distributed SaaS company as our Internal IT Specialist.
  • You'll be the key owner of ensuring our global, distributed team is equipped, secure, and operating smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including user access provisioning (GSuite, core tools) and removal.
  • Handle hardware procurement, support, warranty claims, and lifecycle management.
  • Configure and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Jamf).
  • Manage cost tracking, invoicing, and attribution related to IT services and tools.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with MDM tools (e.g. Iru/Kandji).
  • Experience managing identity and access systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD).
  • Strong understanding of IT security, especially in distributed team environments.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly macOS.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles including WiFi setup, VPNs, and general end-user connectivity.
  • If you are similarly capable, caring, and driven, you'll find yourself at home here.
  • Experience a truly flat hierarchy and communicate directly with founding team members.

  • Where required, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms.

Skills

  • Provide technical support to new hires during on-boarding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve access management issues, including password management solutions (e.g., 1Password).
  • Oversee seat/license management and general setup for company tools.
  • Assist HR in setting up new vendors, tools, and integrations.
  • No hiring decision is made solely by automated means without human review.
