Responsibilities

  • Create, edit and circulate documents, including letters, legal memos and other correspondence
  • Administer and file documents and maintain document database
  • Manage process of sending and receiving contracts to internal clients and external parties
  • Oversee and manage process for execution of agreements
  • Provide support for legal department projects
  • Ability to perform duties while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Seeking a Legal Department Administrative Assistant for the Business & Technology group reporting to the SVP, Head Counsel, Business & Technology to manage and execute administrative, project and senior-level support while exercising a high level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Perform related duties as required
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three years of administrative or similar experience
  • Excellent computer aptitude and advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Workshare, Concur, CounselLink, DocuSign, or other similar contract, document and electronic management systems

Compensation

  • $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 (Base Salary) + Bonus
  • As a candidate for this position, your salary and related aspects of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring decision.
