About the role
- The Substance Abuse Case Manager provides monitoring services for the Health Practitioners' Monitoring Program (HPMP) for participant adherence to their individualized monitoring contract.
- Supervises the daily assignments of the Case Management Assistants.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology or related field from an accredited program
Nice to have
- Licensed Professional Counselor or Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor preferred
