- The Inventory & Channel Program team is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and investment discipline across StackAdapt's inventory and channel portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Channel Leads to evaluate opportunities across programmatic channels initially, with the framework extending over time to adjacent marketing channels and cross-channel initiatives
- Build and validate business cases for major roadmap opportunities and investment decisions
- Maintain a portfolio-level view of inventory and channel opportunities, tradeoffs, assumptions, and prioritization rationale
- Support quarterly channel investment reviews and leadership roadmap discussions
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, Partnerships, and Operations to ensure roadmap decisions are grounded in business outcomes and execution reality
- Ability to partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, GTM, Finance, Partnerships, and leadership stakeholders

Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent business strategy experience
- Experience in ad tech, martech, marketplace businesses, platforms, or B2B SaaS
- Experience with pricing, monetization, marketplace efficiency, channel strategy, or product portfolio management
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, inventory quality, supply integrations, media channel operations, or multi-channel marketing products
- Channel opportunities are evaluated using a consistent decisioning and prioritization framework
- Leadership has a clear portfolio view of the highest-impact opportunities across Inventory & Channels
- Roadmap discussions are grounded in business impact, confidence, urgency, and investment tradeoffs
- Resource allocation decisions become more transparent, comparable, and outcome-driven
Compensation
- The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.
- Ontario Salary Band
- $114,400 - $136,000 CAD
