About the role
- The REO Specialist - Avenue is responsible for preparing and reviewing documentation related to investor services products while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- This role coordinates with internal teams, Realtors, vendors, asset companies, and attorneys to facilitate title clearance, closing, and approval processes.
- The REO Specialist monitors workflow efficiency, vendor performance, and timelines to ensure successful and compliant closings.
Responsibilities
- Open and manage REO-related orders in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the REO process.
- Coordination & Closing Support
- Manage individual workflow to ensure timeliness and efficiency.

Requirements
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of ResWare.
- Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within established procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator.
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of title/mortgage or financial company preferred.
- 1+ years of REO/Foreclosure/Purchase Title experience preferred.
