Responsibilities
- Summarize financial results and communicate the drivers of business performance succinctly and clearly to your business partners and Finance stakeholders
- Support new business and product approvals by assessing financial impacts, reviewing accounting considerations, and partnering with stakeholders
- Employee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagement
Skills
- Strong accounting skills including detailed knowledge of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Capital Reporting
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience with and knowledge of financial products and markets
- Demonstrable competency with Microsoft Office, as well as automation and AI solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field (CPA or similar preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present complex issues in a clear, concise manner
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience interacting with senior management

- Support engagement with U.S. and European regulators and internal stakeholders on annual audits, regulatory reviews, and business oversight matters
