Responsibilities
- End User Support
- Maintain high service levels and timely issue resolution
- Procure, install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktop and laptop computers
- Install and maintain printers and peripheral devices
- Install and support network hardware including switches
- Perform routine maintenance and lifecycle management of IT equipment
- Maintain inventory and tracking of IT assets
- Network & Infrastructure Support
- Manage users, devices, and access in Active Directory
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or IT specialist role
- Experience supporting IT in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting network infrastructure and IT security systems
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and service management practices

- Position Overview
- We are seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to support both office and manufacturing environments.
- This role is responsible for providing responsive end-user support, maintaining computer and network infrastructure, and ensuring reliable IT operations across the facility.
- Provide exceptional in-person and remote support to end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related service requests
- Hardware & Systems Management
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues across the facility
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security
- Assist with basic switch configuration and network troubleshooting
- Microsoft Environment Administration
- Security & Systems
- Follow and help enforce cybersecurity best practices
- Project & Vendor Coordination
