About the role

  • Are you a results-driven leader with a strong sales mindset and proven management skills?
  • What you will be responsible for: Account Management & Client Relationship Development Serve as the principal point of contact for accounts within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve a systematic approach to managing key accounts.
  • Build and foster a strong referral network to generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Develop new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Prospect and qualify leads within construction, infrastructure, utilities, municipal, and related sectors.
  • Lead and maintain strong sales-to-operations collaboration to ensure customer expectations and service requirements are met.
  • Address service concerns promptly and support resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up actions within CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales roles, specifically as an Account Manager, prioritizing new business development.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is an asset.
  • Proficiency in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads or prospects within a target market.
