- Ideal Background
- 12-20+ years in contract manufacturing sales or strategic account leadership
- Direct experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding required
- Machining experience a strong plus
Compensation
- $70,000-130,000 Commission Bonus: $0-300,000 per year Competitive base salary plus performance based incentive Uncapped commission tied to OEM revenue growth Clear path to expanded commercial leadership as OEM footprint scales
