Requirements
- Experience working in a customer/client service environment is required
- Ability to remain professional and respectful in difficult and sensitive situations
- Experience using MS Office 365
- Experience working in a database or with data entry is considered an asset.
- Other duties and projects that are similar in nature of the position as required.
Skills
- Reporting to the Navigator Coordinator, this position is generally the first point of contact between the Society and our clients.
