About the role

You'll be our quality advocate, testing and inspecting everything that comes through our facility.
Whether checking raw materials or finished products, you'll use specialized test equipment to make sure every product meets our standards.
Your work directly shapes the reliability of products used in critical infrastructure worldwide.

Operate and maintain reliability test systems including thermal chambers, optical test equipment, tensile testers, and Hi-Pot testers
Support product development through verification, validation, and ongoing reliability testing (ORT)
Manage inventory of testing materials and accessories, and coordinate equipment calibration schedules
Support creation of 8D reports, reliability reports, and first article inspection reports
Can manage multiple project priorities at once

Perform inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products against all specifications and company standards

Have an associate degree in Engineering Technology or a 2-year diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Optical fields

Have 5+ years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment (a plus, but not required)

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus a $2,000 prepaid card for medical expenses (prorated based on start date)
