About the role
- The Senior Technical Project Manager serves as the primary program integration lead for the Infinity One construction program, supporting the VP of Construction in coordinating technical, construction, commissioning, startup, and operational readiness activities across the project lifecycle.
- Unlike field construction leadership roles that are responsible for daily construction execution, contractor management, and site operations, this position is accountable for integrating project workstreams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, Quality, Safety, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and readiness for testing and operation.
- The role acts as an extension of the VP Construction, driving alignment across stakeholders, managing interfaces and dependencies, monitoring program-level risks, and ensuring technical requirements are translated into executable plans.
Responsibilities
- Our FusionDirect development program pursues the lowest-risk, shortest-schedule path to a fusion power plant over the coming decade, using a partner-intensive and capital-efficient strategy.
