About the role

The Marketing Manager oversees the implementation of a complete marketing campaign for the facility and events, including social media, advertising, and promotion.
Oversees the coordination of promotions and special events with event promoters and facility personnel.
Remains current on national trends in the industry and local market changes to best serve the facility and events.

Develops marketing materials and procedures to function effectively as an in‑house agency.
Maintains relationships with media representatives, civic and industry organizations, and corporate marketing contacts.
Maintains high standards, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
Maintains a facility website, social media channels, and email subscriber newsletter.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field preferred
2 years of related marketing experience required
Working knowledge of the principles of facility management and/or special events preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Canva, basic video editing for the purposes of graphic editing and social content creation.
Proficiency in social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn with experience in content creation
Ability to prioritize tasks and to handle multiple tasks at a time
Strong creative background
Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic
Strong problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work event hours, including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
Regular, reliable attendance is essential.
