About the role

  • GLC Advisors is seeking a top-tier Investment Banking Associate to join its Technology advisory practice in Denver.
  • Associates work in small deal teams with direct exposure to senior bankers and clients and are expected to assume meaningful responsibility across all phases of transaction execution.
  • The position offers the opportunity to operate as a core execution professional on M&A and financing mandates for technology-focused clients.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Capital IQ, PitchBook, and related financial tools
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advisors seeks candidates with a demonstrated record of excellence, including:
  • Exceptional analytical aptitude, intellectual curiosity, and work ethic
  • Demonstrated transaction and team leadership experience
  • Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as an Analyst or Associate in investment banking preferred
  • FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 strongly preferred (required within 90 days of start date)
