About the role

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including Plant Services Team, mobile equipment technicians/mechanics, and contractors
Assign daily work orders and prioritize tasks based on operational needs
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching in alignment with McWane Way principles

Respond to emergency maintenance issues as required

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs by hand and heavier items using equipment
May require working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in a heavy industrial environment
Extensive experience with CMMS and heavy equipment maintenance
Certified trade professional or Master Mechanic
Experience with Liebherr and Hyundai equipment preferred
Knowledge of overhead crane maintenance and operation is highly desirable

Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise maintenance personnel
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
Requires walking, bending, squatting, and use of hands to handle tools and controls
