About the role
- Manager PMO will be accountable for the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects to ensure business objectives are met and accomplished on time, within budget, and meet operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for research and development, infrastructure, and other prioritized corporate-level initiatives.
- Lead project teams across multiple sites, driving effective stakeholder communication and collaboration to achieve project goals while working closely with Core Team Leads to drive projects to success.
- Monitor and maintain project progress according to key metrics including budget, schedule, resource allocations, issues, risks, and scope changes.
- Identify individual project resource requirements and portfolio capacity needed. Work with functional leads to identify and assign individual project responsibilities.
- Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of project management framework and tools.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in a life-science environment, ideally in diagnostics, genomics, product development, or similar background.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in life sciences, biotechnology, business, or related field.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to influence within a matrixed organization
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, regulatory, operations, and commercial departments.
Nice to have
- CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
Compensation
- $155,000 - $170,000 USD
