About the role

Manager PMO will be accountable for the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects to ensure business objectives are met and accomplished on time, within budget, and meet operational standards.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for research and development, infrastructure, and other prioritized corporate-level initiatives.
Lead project teams across multiple sites, driving effective stakeholder communication and collaboration to achieve project goals while working closely with Core Team Leads to drive projects to success.
Monitor and maintain project progress according to key metrics including budget, schedule, resource allocations, issues, risks, and scope changes.
Identify individual project resource requirements and portfolio capacity needed. Work with functional leads to identify and assign individual project responsibilities.
Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Contribute to the design and implementation of project management framework and tools.

Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in a life-science environment, ideally in diagnostics, genomics, product development, or similar background.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in life sciences, biotechnology, business, or related field.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to influence within a matrixed organization
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, regulatory, operations, and commercial departments.

$155,000 - $170,000 USD
