Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with High School Counselors to promote the University as a strong option for their students.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with individual prospective students throughout the recruitment process; participate in follow up activities as defined by the Enrollment Division Leadership.
  • Maintain records and prospective student information in the University's systems for recruitment and applicant records, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of progress through the recruitment cycle.
  • Oversee and manage the Student Ambassador Program, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and supervision of a team of up to 30+ student ambassadors who support campus visits, recruitment events, and admissions operations.
  • Coordinate and execute all group tour operations, including managing school and community partner bookings, scheduling logistics, staffing assignments, visitor communications, and on-campus event execution to ensure a high-quality prospective student experience.
  • Annually research and develop list of prospective High Schools within assigned region, relying on assessment of prior year results, geodemographic data, and aligned with the profile of students the College seeks to enroll, to formulate an effective and efficient strategy for the recruitment cycle.
