About the role
- We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to define and scale the trust, abuse prevention, and platform integrity strategy for emerging AI platform experiences.
- This is a highly cross-functional role for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity and can balance customer experience, growth, business objectives, and platform trust.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Security, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams to identify and mitigate platform risks.
- Develop threat models across emerging AI systems, developer platforms, APIs, marketplaces, and ecosystem integrations.
- Design and prioritize controls spanning identity, verification, monitoring, behavioral detection, policy enforcement, and misuse prevention.
- Drive decision-making across multiple teams where ownership boundaries may evolve over time.
- You will work across Product, Engineering, Security, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Go-To-Market teams to identify emerging risks, design scalable mitigations, and enable responsible growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development - OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- Balance platform openness and developer experience with business, safety, and compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development - OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working on AI products, marketplaces, cloud platforms, developer ecosystems, search products, content platforms, or consumer-scale services.
- Experience defining product strategy in ambiguous environments with significant organizational interdependencies.
- Experience employing systems thinking to balance risk reduction with customer growth.
- Experience partnering closely with Legal, Security, Trust & Safety, Data Science, and Engineering organizations.
- Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
