About the role

As the Manager of Technology Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our systems and establishing a platform that supports other teams and the business.

Conduct regular testing and simulations to validate the effectiveness of these strategies.
Coordinate vendor support cases, renewals, and tooling improvements aligned to service needs
Build both technical depth and leadership capability across the team, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders and subject matter experts.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product, engineering, security, and business teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
You will collaborate closely with other technology and business teams, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Demonstrated experience in people management and technical leadership.
Experience leading and working with offshore teams.
Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Linux shell, Python, and PowerShell.
Knowledge of and experience with Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, and Lean.
5+ years of relevant technical experience.
5+ years of experience managing and mentoring small to mid-sized technical operations or engineering teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, relevant certifications, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of data center management, v irtualization, server and storage hardware architecture/management, Azure, AWS, Linux and Windows based systems, cloud services, networking, and containers.
Strong knowledge of backbone infrastructure protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTPS/SSH and SFTP.

Provide architectural guidance for information system development, maintenance, and enhancements.
Ensure that compute, storage, and cloud services meet performance, availability, and security standards.
Oversee both on-premises and cloud operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Establish meaningful performance indicators for reliability, security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Reinforce a culture where commitments are met and outcomes matter.

Encourage a mindset of ongoing refinement-simplify systems, automate repetitive work, and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Create space for experimentation and innovation while maintaining a strong foundation of operational excellence.
