About the role

  • You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Clinical SMEs, and the Data Science team to understand customer problems and turn them into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • This role goes beyond creating attractive interfaces.
  • This is a senior individual contributor role with significant influence over the direction of our products and the experience our customers have every day.

Responsibilities

  • Create thoughtful interactions that incorporate artificial intelligence in ways that feel natural, transparent, and easy to understand.
  • Design experiences for conversational interfaces, document authoring, recommendations, and workflow automation.
  • Own product design from concept to launch Lead the design process from discovery through delivery.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs that are ready for development.
  • Develop interaction patterns that can be reused across multiple products.
  • Partner on product strategy Work closely with Product Managers to understand customer needs and shape product direction.
  • Use customer research, product analytics, and feedback to guide design decisions.
  • Simplify complex workflows Design experiences that make sophisticated clinical processes easier to understand and complete.
  • Our software helps life sciences organizations build better studies by combining clinical expertise with modern technology and artificial intelligence.
  • We help research teams design more efficient protocols, reduce trial complexity, and bring new therapies to patients faster.

Requirements

  • Required 4+ years of experience designing enterprise SaaS products.

  • $142k-$167k
