Lead day-to-day accounting operations across North America with strict adherence to the Close calendar
Manage and develop a team of offshore consultants by fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a strong service mindset
Own and strengthen SOX-aligned internal controls, including journal entry reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and quarterly fluctuation analyses
Build analytical tools that inform leadership decisions and advance key business priorities
You'll influence how finance work gets done-owning systems and processes, training users, resolving issues, and continuously improving efficiency through standardization, automation, and smart workload design.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives that elevate accuracy, speed, and scalability
Partner cross-functionally and communicate with confidence at all levels of the organization
Serve as the primary contact for global Concur reconciliation support and process improvements.

2+ years of managing or supervising a team, including peer reviews.
5+ years of accounting experience in a global company.
Knowledge and experience with Blackline.
$109,600 - $145,250 (subject to variation depending on physical location).
Posted salary ranges are provided in good faith. embecta reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, external market conditions, and internal equity considerations.
Base pay is one component of the Total Rewards package at embecta, which also includes eligibility for an annual bonus.
