- Job Description Summary: This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team.
- He/She is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Outcomes Identification/Planning - Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).

- Associate's Degree (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
