About the role

  • Use AI to accelerate the testing process and test authoring, with disciplined human verification of coverage and correctness.
  • Take on light coding - such as fixing bugs and making small changes, with the help of an AI assistant.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of working experience with Playwright or Selenium based tools.
  • Must be self-motivated, goal driven and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • MVC, Web API, React, Redux, MongoDB, ElasticSearch and Redis, good understanding of OOD/OOP, and experience with Agile methodology, such as Kanban or Scrum.

  • Post-secondary education in the following areas preferred: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent training/experience.
  • Good understanding of JavaScript/Typescript, and Python languages.
  • Good understanding of relational databases, especially SQL Server.
  • 3+ years of working experience in developing Integration Testing (API level) with Python or other languages.
  • Works AI-first with disciplined verification - uses AI to accelerate test design and authoring, and neither avoids it on principle nor trusts its output blindly.
  • Fluent with Git source control, and GitHub.
  • Passionate for building engaging user experiences.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall team's success in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with the following is a nice to have: exposure to Gatling, Postman,.NET Web stack: MVC, Web API, React, Redux, MongoDB, ElasticSearch and Redis, good understanding of OOD/OOP, and experience with Agile methodology, such as Kanban or Scrum.

Compensation

  • $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
