Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of related experience
  • OR at least 6 Years of relevant experience with a master's degree or in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of related experience
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years with ability to obtain Top Secret
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of related experience; OR at least 6 Years of relevant experience with a master's degree or in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of related experience
  • Experienced in Systems Engineering processes, Logistics Engineering processes, and the 12 elements of

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience providing technical leadership of a project
  • 4+ years' experience with ICBM weapon system logistics, operations, security, and subsystem integration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused mindset.
  • Experience in the nuclear surety aspects of nuclear weapon systems
  • Experienced in all aspects of the engineering development lifecycle
  • Proficient with Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Skills

  • Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo), Requirements Management (DOORS), Verification Planning, and Interface definition and planning.

Compensation

  • Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
  • Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
  • $139,100.00 - $208,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
