Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of related experience
- OR at least 6 Years of relevant experience with a master's degree or in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of related experience
- Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years with ability to obtain Top Secret
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of related experience; OR at least 6 Years of relevant experience with a master's degree or in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of related experience
- Experienced in Systems Engineering processes, Logistics Engineering processes, and the 12 elements of
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience providing technical leadership of a project
- 4+ years' experience with ICBM weapon system logistics, operations, security, and subsystem integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused mindset.
- Experience in the nuclear surety aspects of nuclear weapon systems
- Experienced in all aspects of the engineering development lifecycle
- Proficient with Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Skills
- Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo), Requirements Management (DOORS), Verification Planning, and Interface definition and planning.
Compensation
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- $139,100.00 - $208,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
