Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Logistics Program Manager 2.

Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of related experience
OR at least 6 Years of relevant experience with a master's degree or in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of related experience
Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years with ability to obtain Top Secret
U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.

Experienced in Systems Engineering processes, Logistics Engineering processes, and the 12 elements of

1+ years of experience providing technical leadership of a project
4+ years' experience with ICBM weapon system logistics, operations, security, and subsystem integration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused mindset.
Experience in the nuclear surety aspects of nuclear weapon systems
Experienced in all aspects of the engineering development lifecycle
Proficient with Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo), Requirements Management (DOORS), Verification Planning, and Interface definition and planning.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
$139,100.00 - $208,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
